		<description>With spring in the air, NYC really does have that magical feel to it every time I set outside my building.  Although I must admit, I&#039;ve only been out once today and that was to move my car for alternate side parking (which few outside NYC understand) and I certainly didn&#039;t brush shoulders with a movie star.  But there is always tomorrow!</description>
